Weekly Pay Runs
Submit an authorised weekly timesheet by our clients’ deadline (we’ll let you know what this is) and you’ll be paid on the following Friday.

Accredited online training provider, Bluestream Academy’s training suite has over 40 courses, including Safeguarding Adults and Children, Infection Control, BLS and Prevent.
We also arrange CPD get-togethers around the country where you can enjoy a coffee (or something stronger!) with other Med-Co colleagues (from HQ and clinicians) in an informal setting.
Clinical and peer support
We understand that life as a locum can be isolating. At Med-Co we have a large community of clinicians who may well have faced similar issues to the one you are dealing with. We always look to support our clinicians through access to informal advice or a suitably qualified sounding board.

The financial complexities of contracting are increasing every day. This is particularly the case for workers using Personal Service Companies who get caught up in the changes to IR35 for Public Sector organisations.
